No doubt about it, the EU referendum is probably the most important political event to happen in our lifetime, and after weeks of relentless campaigning on both sides, polling day has finally arrived.
With arguments strong on both sides of the debate, it isn't surprising that some of our favourite celebrities have waded into the fray. Using their influence on social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram, A-listers are voicing their opinions on Europe, with the majority vehemently leaning towards the vote Remain campaign.
So, on what is to be one of the biggest day in British polling history, which celebrities are voting to stay in the EU? Quite a few actually…
David Beckham
David has certainly ruffled a few feathers since posting his ‘voting to Remain’ decision on Instagram. Using a picture of himself and Eric Cantona in Manchester United jerseys (oh, the glory days), David praises both parties but ends his statement about remaining within the EU.
Victoria Beckham
VB has also expressed her desire to continue being part of a united Europe (we're loving the shut down Vicky B)
JK Rowling
The Harry Potter author has been quite vocal in her support of the Remain campaign. In a recent blog post she stated:
'How can a retreat into selfish and insecure individualism be the right response when Europe faces genuine threats, when the bonds that tie us are so powerful, when we have come so far together? How can we hope to conquer the enormous challenges of terrorism and climate change without cooperation and collaboration?'

Daniel Craig
Daniel Craig (AKA former Bond) made a pretty strong statement when he took to Twitter to show his support for @StrongerIn.
Becks, Barnes, Bear Grylls, Bobby George and now...Bond #StrongerIN http://pic.twitter.com/DSn4bbrXlu

Idris Elba
When Idris Elba makes a statement on Twitter, people tend to sit up and listen. He made no small talk about which way he was voting.
My parents immigrated to the UK, worked hard and made a contribution..ME...on that basis VOTE IN....#EUDebatehttps://t.co/MpGd1yAW3g

Cara Delevingne
Cara has never been shy about making her opinions known. Safe to say this Insta says it all...
Paloma Faith
Artist Paloma Faith has been actively supporting the Remain campaign via her Twitter feed. Her most recent tweet?
In 2012, the EU was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for promoting peace and protecting human rights. #StrongerIn

Michael Eavis
Despite the #glastonburytraffic headache, Glasto legend Michael Eavis (along with daughter Emily) proudly displayed his vote via Instagram.
Gary Lineker
Football ledge' and all-round nice guy Gary Lineker showed some EU love.
Personally I believe there are plenty of reasons to remain, but barely any to leave. Love Europe, love being part of Europe. #Remain

Sir Elton John
The Rocket Man himself took to Insta with this powerful image.
Daisy Ridley
Words cannot express how much team InStyle loves this girl...
Other celebrities voting to remain in Europe include Florence Welch, Simon Cowell, Jarvis Cocker and Benedict Cumberbatch.
And those wanting to leave?
Because there are always two sides to any argument, there are some celebs that feel the UK would benefit from leaving the EU. These include the likes of John Cleese, Roger Daltrey and Sir Michael Caine.
Either way, we cannot emphasise enough how important it is for everyone to cast their vote. Speaking as women and as UK citizens with a democratic right not afforded to many people worldwide, use your voice and please make it count.
#Vote
