The Lion King
The Lion King remake is officially happening! Disney and director Jon Favreau made the joint announcement this week, confirming that the movie would be a live-action remake of the 1994 animated film.
The Lion King remake comes after 2017’s Beauty And The Beast with Emma Watson and 2016’s The Jungle Book, where the cartoon was re-imagined the 1967 musical with a live-action cast and CGI animals – also directed by Favreau.
