Back when Donald Trump launched his presidential campaign back in June 2015 (you might have heard of it — ‘Make America Great Again’?), the prospect of it getting anywhere looked pretty unfeasible — the main reasons being he was totally new to politics and he has some pretty controversial views. (Cue a ridiculous amount of Trump memes.)
But, with things looking more than a little worrying for those opposing #TrumpForPresident, people are speaking up about the Republican candidate.
Here’s what they said…
AGAINST
Jennifer Lawrence
‘If Donald Trump becomes president, that will be the end of the world,’ the 25-year-old actress told Entertainment Weekly.
‘I genuinely believe that reality television has reached the ultimate place where now even things like this might just be for entertainment […] I was watching him on the campaign trail and one guy said, ‘I love Donald Trump because he’s saying everything I’m thinking and I just can’t say it because of the PC factor.’ And I’m thinking, ‘You are absolutely right. That’s who I want representing my country, somebody politically incorrect. That will just be perfect.’’
And she's been expressing her views again, this time on The Graham Norton Show: 'I was at a concert that I heard he was attending, so I had my full security, I was like, ‘Find Donald Trump,'” Lawrence told Norton. “Because I was adamant on finding him and then making a video of me going, ‘Hey Trump, f*ck you!''
Susan Sarandon
As well as absolutely killing it on the red carpet at Cannes, the actress made her views on the Republican candidate QUITE clear: 'What he did that was terrible is that he legitimatized racism and homophobia in order get that very discontented base that wants something authentic. What he did in the process was say, ‘It’s OK to be violent.’ That’s why he has the KKK as one of his representatives. That’s been really terrible, besides the fact that America looks ridiculous.'
Chelsea Handler
The comedian and actress made her opinions on Trump pretty clear in two Instagrams... Lol.

John Legend
The singer doesn't keep his views on the Republican candidate a secret — FAR from it, his whole Twitter feed is full of it. He had the BEST comeback to Trump's son at the weekend, who Tweeted: 'Ha 5 students when asked why they were protesting couldn't even answer. The participation medal/micro aggression generation is pretty sad!'
